On Sustainability
How does BizBus support sustainability goals?
Every BizBus trip produces up to 80% less CO₂ than flying. Companies and travelers receive clear reporting of emissions saved compared to flights or driving, making it easy to include in sustainability reports.
Does switching to BizBus really lower CO₂ emissions?
Every time you travel with BizBus instead of driving, you save CO₂. If 100 people per day travel with BizBus instead of by air, that eliminates the needs for one flight per day. We even log your CO₂ savings for you!
How do you calculate how much CO₂ is saved?
At the time of booking, we ask each passenger which mode of transport they would have used instead — plane, car, or train. Based on this information:
- We calculate the CO₂savings for each trip using standard emission factors.
- We track these savings by passenger and by company.
- Everyone — individuals and corporate clients — can see exactly how much CO₂they’ve saved compared to their usual alternatives.
This ensures every BizBus journey contributes to a transparent, measurable sustainability record.
